This project consisted of a complete plant-wide PLC system that is operated from the Rockwell FactoryTalk Site Edition Server located in the control room. The operators could remotely control all of the building HVAC equipment from any of 4 locations inside the building with the option to monitor the plant offsite. The system also consisted of full local controls. In all there were over 50 PLCs communicating across the network.

Also provided were the Main Drive motor and Brake. Slip 7 has been completed and Slip 6 is in progress and is expected to be complete by the end of May 2013.
